Jeff Collins, DO

Biography
Dr. Jeffrey Collins was born and raised in La Canada, CA outside of Los Angeles. He graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young<x-apple-data-detectors://0> University. While at BYU he was on the Dean’s list and received scholarships for his academic achievements. Dr. Collins completed his medical school studies at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) at Midwestern University where he graduated at the top of his class with Honors. There he was inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi, a national medical honor society. He went on to complete his internship at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, OR and his dermatology specialty training at Dermatology Residency of Orlando/ADCS. He has completed research at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and actively participated in clinical trials here in Florida. He has been involved in publishing both dermatology articles and textbook chapters. Outside of work, he loves to spend time outdoors with his wife, kids and dog. He enjoys playing sports and traveling. Dr. Collins has a passion for dermatology and is happy to join Advanced Dermatology.
