Dr. Shuo Liu

Biography
Dr. Shuo Liu is a board-certified dermatopathologist and a board-certified anatomical and clinical pathologist. He graduated at the top of his class from Peking University Health Science Center in China. He completed his residency in pathology at the University of South Alabama, where he served as chief resident. During his residency, he developed a strong interest in dermatopathology and went on to complete a dermatopathology fellowship at Larkin Community Hospital (Global Pathology).
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Liu is a physician-investigator with a strong passion for medical research. He earned a Ph.D. in tissue engineering from Rush University and participated in several NIH-funded research projects at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland. He has published multiple original articles in high-impact research journals and has presented at both international and domestic conferences. He was honored with the Alice L. Jee Young Investigator Award from ORS.
